Ingredients
MERINGUE
MOCHA BUTTERCREAM

CAKE
  1. Preheat oven at 350F. Line 12 mamon mold.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a big bowl and make a well at the center.
  3. Add wet ingredients. Beat until smooth.
  4. In a separate grease free bowl beat egg whites and cream of Tartar. Gradually add sugar. Continue beating until stiff peak forms..
  5. Fold meringue (make it in 3 parts) to eggyolk mixture..
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Cool.
  7. Spread Mocha buttercream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
BUTTERCREAM
  1. Beat all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
ASSEMBLY
  1. Put buttercream on top of cake and sprinkle with cheese. Or simply brush Mocha Mamon with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and top with cheese.
